this piece is a part of a very special collection of peony dyed wares. the blooms that helped create this colorway came from plants that have been cared for by my family for 4 generations and are 125+ years old. this collection is dedicated to honoring these beautiful flowers and their story.
relaxed boxy fit tank top. bundle dyed with peony blooms and darkened with an iron modifier post dye. the variations throughout this colorway came out stunning - earthy purples and greens, browns and grey tones can be seen. due to the nuanced nature of the art of bundle dyeing, each piece is entirely one of a kind and color placements may vary
