Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient
Earthencolor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are accepted up to 7 days after receiving order with return shipping paid by customer for a full refund on the condition that item is in the same condition as it was received. Customer may do an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value
